What is the Vaer 2-Year Warranty?

We stand behind our products, in which Vaer offers a warranty of 2 years from purchase. This warranty is for the original owner and is non-transferable. If you experience any issues due to defects in materials and workmanship, we’ll either repair or replace your watch. Your watch is meant to be taken in the water and used in daily life, so if your watch for some reason fails in the water during warranty period, you can reach out to us, and we’ll make it right. However, it is critical that your crown is sealed during regular usage - if your crown is not sealed during water exposure, warranty will be voided.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to impact, loss, or theft. It is critical that your screw down crown is always sealed when you enter water, as this will ensure that your watch is watertight. If it is found through testing that the screw down crown was left open during water exposure, warranty will be voided, though we will work with you to get your watch fixed or replaced for a fair fee. Regardless of your issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team with questions or concerns.

This warranty applies only to purchases directly from the Vaer website or a Vaer Authorized Dealer to the original owner. If purchase order number is not available from the Vaer website, then a proof of purchase will be required.  (In the event that your watch cannot be repaired and the same SKU replacement does not exist, you may be offered the option between a similar SKU or a refurbished replacement of the same SKU.)
