At VAER, we are committed to providing high-quality products and dependable service. After your watch has been serviced or replaced, we offer an Extended Warranty valid for 12 months from the date you receive your serviced or replacement watch.What This Warranty Covers

  • This extended warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues related to the service performed.
  • It applies only to the watch you received after a service or replacement process has been completed.

How It Works

  • The 12-month extended warranty begins the moment your serviced or replacement watch is delivered to you.
  • If your original 2-year warranty is still active and has more than 12 months remaining, your original warranty period will continue to apply.
  • In all cases, the longer warranty period takes precedence — ensuring you’re always covered for the maximum available time.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality.
