My watch case scratched - is this normal?

Scratches happen, and patina is part of what makes your watch yours.

There are a couple of routes you can go down with watch scratches.

- Repair of the scratches - we honestly don't have too much experience here, but it is 316L stainless steel, so it can buff/brush out as any other stainless steel would - I think there are steel-specific grits of paper (and other devices) that'll allow you to achieve a restored finish.

- Learn to love the patina (this is answer customers don't like to hear haha) - Reagan (my co-founder) loves to say there's nothing cooler than a beat-up Patek - below is a photo of a $60k Patek beat to hell. If you're using your watch and wearing it in daily life, it's going to pick up scratches, and they'll ultimately add to the character of the watch
