Does Vaer offer phone or LIVE chat support?

As of 2022, Vaer does not offer any phone support.

We're a small team, primarily managed and operated by co-founders Ryan Torres and Reagan Cook. While we love talking to our customers, our past experiences generally led to being caught up in 20-30 minute calls, and we weren't able to give any of the other parts of our business (including the concerns of other customers) proper attention.

We’re happy to answer any questions you have via email and we aim to provide a response within 24 business hours.

We do understand the value of US-based phone/chat support and we hope to be able to add the service in the future.
